After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming. He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.

Dennis fixed the problem and stayed to make sure nothing else went wrong explained the problem and answered with politeness.
He was quick to replace a defective float switch and verify proper operation.
Daniel H. is great. He is always informative and shows me what the issue is. It's difficult to find trustworthy people these days but I'm glad to say I have in him and Comfort Experts. Happy to use them for all of our properties.

Had an appointment[was early],filled out paperwork, my wife and I sat around for over an hour past our appointment time. Told the female at the desk we were leaving.
8/27/25 Came out for plumbing tune up. Call was confirmed but when I arrived, no one was home - rescheduling for future date

Found capacitor was comply dead. Replaced and got system running.

Water heater was popping loudly when got water is running. Gas valve was set to A . Lowered temp to get burner to shut off and made sure it was cycling on and off the way it should. Customer said water was scalding hot and they turned it down once already. They will keep an eye on the appliance and call back if problem persists We installed this heater in March of this year Working as it should at this time
Upon arrival tech found that coil was freezing up tech found that it was less than an ounce shy tech talked to home owner
Upon arrival system was completely frozen. Thawed system and checked refrigerant levels, refrigerant are showing low. Found that the evaporator coil and blower wheel are extremely compacted with dust dirt and Biological growth. Recommended level 2 duct cleaning and level 2 filtration. Customer wants to talk with wife before making any repairs Left with system off per customer request as he stated he was going to try and tlclean the coil

Toilet we repaired a few weeks ago is running constantly. Pulled flushmate cartridge and inlet screen and cleaned out debris. This home has galvanized water lines. Rust is getting into screen and cutting the flow causing toilet to run constantly. Replaced supply and cleaned out all rust that we possibly can. I was able to get toilet working again but We cannot warranty this toilet unless galvanized is replaced. Eval fee will be added to next visit
System was installed in 2023 The air handler looks to be in good condition at this time blower is clean Evaporator is clean Drains are clear Heating elements are working properly Filter needs to be replaced homeowner doesn't have one at this time We did have issues with the delta split at 6 Condenser was installed in 2023 as well Refrigerant are off Technician told homeowner about it Technician also found system is having high inrush amps I'm on her does not wish to do anything to the system at this time
I have talked to the customer about getting the panel and such replaced but after some discussion on replacing it with a bit older panel currently on the property they hav decided to go with someone else
