After contacting several other plumbers who wouldn’t be able to get me taken care of until the weekend, I got a recommendation to try Comfort Experts. Within a couple hours they had Daniel H on the way. I received a message when he was on the way and when to expect him, with a picture to know who was coming. He arrived promptly and was friendly. Got to work on my water leak and had it taken care of quickly. He was very respectful and even talked with my son about what he was doing and explained things to him as he went. My kiddo was super excited to be included in seeing what happened and how it was fixed. Awesome service, great plumber. Will absolutely recommend and will use again if more issues arise in the future.

She was super sweet, made things quick and was able to get me a plumber sent out within a couple hours. After he left, she called to follow up about my experience and made sure everything was done right. Awesome customer service. Found transformer and furnace control board were shorted. Talked with customer about repair and replacement. Don was here earlier in the day and gave him price on a new system.
Huffman was not present and I did try to call but I got no answer I have made the estimate and sent it to the email and I will be pausing the call as we are trying to get a hold of them and see if this is something that they would like to get scheduled or not
I have taken down both poles and put 2 weatherproof boxes in the ground in their place
Super tune up performed today on an Amana gas furnace with a straight cool condenser installed in 2018. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Gas burners, igniter, and gas valve are all working accordingly. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range boutdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Generator maintenance performed today on a 24kw generac generator. Oil changed with a fully synthetic 5w30 motor oil. Oil filter, air filter and spark plugs were all changed. Valves are properly spaced. Performed function check. System running properly at this time.
Customer would like to speak to a comfort advisor regarding duct work. Duct system is undersized as original unit was a 2.5 ton and a 4 ton has been out in its place. Customer is available Monday evening from 5-7 pm. Ducane gas furnace with straight cool condenser was installed last year. Coil has been freezing up since installed. Poor airflow across the coil is causing it to freeze. Customer wants to speak to a comfort advisor regarding redesigning duct work to improve air flow.

Arrived to no cool. Found that a failed 40mfd capacitor was the cause of the failure. Replaced capacitor under warranty. Performed function check. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
Heating tune up performed today on an Amana gas furnace installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Inducer, gas valve, and burners are all in good working order. Heat exchanger is acceptable. Gas pressure is in range. Blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean.
We will drain and remove existing water heater and install new 30 gallon gas heater with code upgrades including pan with drain, t&p drain, and new vent. This also includes permit and inspection Installed 30 gallon gas water heater in mechanical closet in sewing room including pan and flood stop safety valve
Arrived to no cool. Outdoor primary electrical control had failed and was preventing the outdoor unit from turning on. Replaced electrical control with a premium electrical control and performed function check. System running and cooling upon departure.
